1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tc999 ("tc999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tc999 platform, including the website located at tc999.win, the tc999 Android application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by tc999, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Single Account: Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) active tc999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. You further agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

Geographic Restrictions: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of tc999 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. tc999 does not represent that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations. Pakistani users are individually responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws before using the Platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tc999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. tc999 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live support chat.

• You must notify tc999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Sharing account access with third parties, including so-called "tipsters" or betting syndicate operators, is strictly prohibited.
• You must keep your registered Pakistani mobile number active and accessible, as it is used for account verification and OTP delivery.
• tc999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All account transactions on tc999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tc999 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your tc999 account balance upon successful processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed during standard banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts receive priority processing. tc999 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. Current minimums are published in the payments section of your tc999 account.
• Fraud Prevention: tc999 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. All transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) review.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by tc999 support.
• Fees: tc999 does not currently charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees or charges. tc999 is not responsible for third-party payment provider charges.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tc999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final, subject to the resolution procedures described in this section.

• Bets on sporting events — including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and other covered sports — are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen odds displayed at time of placement and correct odds due to a technical error, tc999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for software-based games, and by real-time physical processes for live dealer games. All game outcomes are final.
• tc999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. Current limits are published in the platform's betting rules documentation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

tc999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. General conditions governing all tc999 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your tc999 bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits applicable to specific bonuses are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• tc999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

• Abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotion terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on tc999:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing glitches, or system vulnerabilities in any way.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates applicable financial laws.
• Attempting to access another player's account or obtaining another player's personal information.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform or its infrastructure.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tc999 Platform — including but not limited to the tc999 brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of tc999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any tc999 content without prior written authorisation from tc999.

9. Privacy and Data

tc999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tc999 does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing occurs only as necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

tc999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond tc999's control may result in temporary unavailability. tc999 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

tc999's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination and Suspension

tc999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, tc999 may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, your withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tc999 may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via the contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of tc999, you agree to first attempt resolution through tc999's customer support process before pursuing any other remedy.
